that's bridge building in china though where their population and their economy is exploding.
I doubt anyone in this country will be able to justify the huge costs sadly |

well, look at the Hindhead tunnel thats finally being done after nearly 50 years of campaigning, if they had done just a couple of years ago, it would have benn aroun half to three quarters of what its costing now, and they're only doing it now because of the 2012 olympics
