tbh i'm sure german law doesn't allow that but in iraq, kuwait, belize, bosnia, kosovo and masadonia It's "legal" for drivers to drive the wrong way up the hard shoulder.
They also don't have a proper driving test, which may have something to do with it but I've seen it many a time, first hand. lol |
