f7p or f7r?

hi im in the process of my hybrid project but wnt 2 find out wich cylinder head will work best on the f7r bottom end. either f7p or f7r(megane needs 2 be machined 4 dizzy). i have heard from various research from other people that the f7p works well/better but others say that its worse of than the f7r. does anyone have enough info on this to help me decide which head 2 use?

F7P head is by far the easiest.

Swap bottom end, 2.0 eeprom in the ECU, job done.
