Hello, marshal signing in.

Hi all,

Thought I'd finally sign up, been looking at the site for ages but never got round to this.

A bit about me, recently moved to Huddersfield (yep, Yorkshire!) to start at the university. Also just joined Huddersfield Motor Club and hoping to do some events with them. I'm from Burnley (in the superior Rose county :P, about 30mins north of Manchester). Marshalled quite a bit at Oulton Park and at Anglesey a couple of times, I love my motorsport.

I've got a early ph1 Clio 1.4 8V, which is all I can afford to run at the moment.

TSW Razor wheels
Yoko A359 rubber
16V / Williams front brakes
1.8 Laguna throttle body & air filter relocated in fog light gap
Lowered 35mm front, about 60 rear
16V plastic wings, bumper and 16V bonnet.

It aint fast, but corners well.

Looking at a dirt cheap ph2 R19 1.4 this week as a run around for winter, Clio didn't get through the cool very well last year, so wrapping it up! Any things particular to 19s to look out for?

Cheers,
Jimmie

if its a ph2 19 rust especialyl rear arches and bonnet lip. Dodgy indicator stalks with faulty high beam function.
