Angry Rubbers!

Hi to all,

I've got an R19 16v hatch that looks great (and standard ) apart from those bloody crap side window rubbers and leaky sunroof rubber! Call me vain but i also have a K reg 16v Chammy that i took off the road because every time it rained i ended up driving the four wheeled version of my shower!, and when you looked down the sleak retro lines of the side doors is was ruined by the knackered jagged bits of aluimised rubber sticking out!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyway less jibbering and on with the point-Where can i get new rubbers for side windows and sunroof?? PLEASE, PLEASE HELP.

from renault, just as soon as you win the lottery

These are seriously expensive, your best bet would be to find a car being scrapped with better rubbers and have 'em (like I did this afternoon, cheers bbracer! )

someone on another forum had a plan to get them half price from abroad in quantities of 50+ (so a group buy) but they were still stupidly expensive even at half price.

The thread on the old archive is at:
http://www.retro-renault.com/archive...pic.php?t=9675

Quote:
3 door Part numbers:

7700-789-578 - £50.03
7700-789-579 - £50.03

EDIT:

From my dialogys (not sure about this yet):
Quote:

77 00 825 054 SEAL LH 20.73 ---3 x 1 (lower edge)

5 door car, front windows:

77 00 785 521 SEAL DR/GLASS R19 35.55 ---3 x 1
77 00 785 514 SEAL DR/GLASS R19 16.38 ---3 x 1
