hello every1
im new on ere and not a clue wot im doin at the monent
iv just bought a r19 convertable but got a problem with the elec front passanger window it only goes up with a bit of help and rocks back and forward when up and does nos seal propper can anyone please help me on this thanks |

remove the door card then you can see what's going on with the motor / window glass.
Could be dodgy switch, motor or simply sticking in the runners. my passenger window is slow too, just down to age probably and not getting much use - clean and lube up the parts and see how it runs. The long toothed rod in the (electric) winding mechanism can get full of crud so clean it out and re-grease it. As long as it does actually go up you can be sure there's nothing wrong, just needs improving |

Could be a retaining bolt that has come loose, but it could be a knackered Window regulator
Trying to find a window regulator for a cabby is like looking for rocking horse Shit I'm afraid. Renault want about £200 + Vat. I got one for mine last year from scrapper, right time right place.
