Now for a man's cereal - I rated Fruit & Fibre last year:

Kellogg's Original And Best ****
Tesco Imitation *
Sainsbo's Imitation *****

Sainsburys wins on actual fruit content. So there you go.

apparently I have a sensitive nose but milk in a carton at any supermarket smells off when the seals broken.

Onyl milk I can drink is the small cartons with the green lid that are abotu 3 inches high, even then often they are dodgy.

I treated myself to a bottle of Jersey gold full cream today...had some with the afore mentioned Oatibix actuall...didnt make any difference grrrr! This milk is quite good...reminds me of milk straight from the parlour on my mates farm as a kid!

Oatibix soak up all the milk, you have to pour about a pint to even see any milk in the bowl.
2 litres of milk in our household lasts about 3/4 of a day, so theres never off milk.

I used to like Ricicles, dunno if they still do 'em tho.

Corn Pops were good, as was Nesquik chocolatey balls that used to make the milk brown and chocolatey!

4x Weetabix crushed up in a bowl covered with Kellogs Crunchy nut cornflakes, no need for sugar, just the right sweetness, and yes.... I had forgotten how good they taste
