I did finish it and can honestly say its crap.

The point of weight watchers food and it's contempories, is, firstly, make it mingin, then provide small portions (thye are only going in the bucket anyway) then claim to be a succsess in the weight loss market as your purchasers have indeed lost weight, but not quite in the way intended (yeah right)

tortellini is a bit like ravioli isn't it?

weight watchers is all marketing and consumerism.

losing weight is the simplest thing in the world. regular high intensity aerobic activity and eat what you want, in sensible amounts.

if you use more calories than you take in, you lose weight and vise versa, not rocket science.

I prefer the Tesco Healthy Living meals though, the WW ones are a bit crap.
