Dan's 19 16v PH1 Black Hatch

Right, well as im going to be gradually doing up my hatch,bought it from a garage with a snapped cambelt, paid £100, did the engine, then the bottom end went, so that is now my project engine, im lightening and balencing everything in it.

I may try and file a warrenty claim against renault. As it was running on the oil renault recommend with renault filter etc.

correct filter is 77 00 274 177, so essentially you used the wrong one.

also, you want to make a warranty claim at Renault on a 15 year old engine transplanted yourself from a smacked car?

like i said i wasnt certain on the part no.

They dont have to know it was from a smacked car. working for a specialist i can use the reputation and go with the claim like that.
