There was recently a mention of this, here are my two cents, only an opinion is all

NEWBIE AREA - Should be first port of call, explain what the community
is, how to join, why to join etc.

GENERAL - Media etc included

CLASSIFIEDS - For sale, ebayy etc,

TECHNICAL HELP - articles etc included

MEETS AND TRACK DAYS/EVENTS etc.

PROJECT REPORTS

That way you have 6 sections to choose from when you first encounter the site.

MEDIA should be a sub forum of the GENERAL forum.
