A couple of questions.

Hi all, can anyone tell me if all valvers had adjustable seat belt heights or was there a difference between ph1 and ph2's? Also, when i drive with the windows or sunroof open there's a really strong smell of exhaust. It's not leaking and it's happened on both my ph1 and ph2. Any ideas?

Cheers.

So as my ph1 has fixed seat belt mounts then the chassis is originally a non-16v? Engines fine, i'll have a check of the exhaust. Thanks.

I read that wrong apologies.

I thought you moean seat height.

The belt height on ph1 hatches are fixed, on non 16v's they moved. On 16V chamades they moved.

On ph2 16V's some moved, all 3 door ph2 execs had moveable ones.

Check with a mirror or similar around the manifold to downpipe area for a small leak, as its common now they are gettign on.
