right, theres no water or any wetness in the plug holes, the leads were replaced a few months ago, (all 4 plugs are sparking) i dont know what the iggy modual is so cant check it??? is there anything else i can check? im going to check all the pipes again in the morning incase theres any cracks or holes etc!! eben if i keep my foot down it wont go past 5k it just splutters away an jumps.

Ignition module, follow the lead from the dizzy cap too it. Should be next to the break fluid bottle.

check that the crank senosr hasn't been damaged when the clutch was changed, often it has.

its mounted on top of the gearbox, the wire to it lays across the top of the box, follow it back, its held on with 2 11mm bolts and when the box it pulled off many leave it on and it smashes into the flywheel.

crank sensor looks to be intact, nothing is unplugged? have double checked for air leaks! have checked all the plugs an leads, all connections are clean! cant think of hat else it could be now? checking ignition module in a minute!

it will be the iggy module, I've had several go, they started by jumping at 4k then stopped the car from being drivable. it can be an arse to sourse the problem too, ask chris what we did to my blue one before realising it was the module.
also happend in the white one on the way back from chris' house to fix the blue one. lol |

what do i check for or is it just the case of replacing it? its the only thing ive not looked at yet so will definately try it next save waisting time on other things!! it never rains but it pours!!!!
