Which Oil To Use In A R19?

Hi guys just wondering which grade of oil you guys recommend use in a 19 16v mines done 101,000 miles.
Doing a oil change this week and want to know what to use.Was going to put a 10/40 part syn in it.

iirc chris recomends the comma stuff, i used GTX last oil change and that was better, but still a little tappety, next oil change i'm gonna try the comma 10/40 stuff

I filled her up with GTX, but for some reason you cant seem to find it in the shops anymore :s has it been disctd?

I do believe the comma lite Chris likes comes in a yellow bottle. Ive used the Eurolite which is pictured on the first change I done on the car, deffo ran quieter and the last change I put in some Millers XSS 10w40. Bit expensive from the local factors but its lasting abit better than the comma.

I was going to use 10/40 part syn morris oil.which we keep in stock where i work at motaquip

Whatever you do, DONT ask renault which is the best oil to use...they're as good as a Japanese tour operator!

I use fully syn 5W40 Carlube oil. Its good for winter, we hahe here somedays -25C and 10W40 is not good in this weather.
