R19 rear door card removal
I'm trying to remove a rear door card and am having difficulty with this seemingly easy task. Have removed the window winder handle, the interior door pull handle and the ashtray. Door card will not budge and I can't see any screws or clips holding it in place. Anyone got any tips? Thanks!

just gently prise it away round the edges. It's held on by little white plastic clips that will make an alarming snapping sound as you release them, and a strip of very sticky butyl sealant all the way round.

it will be the sealant thats the problem, its very easy to break the door card btw
What I do is the interior door pull hole, I grab that and pull it out, normally gets things shifting, go easy or you will break it though.

Have managed to get it loose around the sides and bottom of the fabric part of the card. But it's still won't budge at the top and around the door pull hole. I presume that when unstuck it's suppose to lift upwards over the lock plunger?
I agree that it's easily broken - I have already done some damage around the edge of the card while trying to prise it off |

should just pull off around the sides and bottom, then lift up at the top like you say. try getting a long screwdriver in behind it to loosen things
