Quick hub question
Are 5/Clio front hubs same as the 19's?

It doesn't matter on 19's as hubs are the same across the range AFAIK

think it was in someone elses thread actually.
I assume this is because you can't get the shafts out? you have the other car now don't you? put the hubs on that and undo the shafts, 15 mins tops

Mmmm hadn't thought of that.
Think it'll take me slightly longer than 15 mins tbh, I struggle getting balljoints off and I dare say the track rod ends will have to be dealt with in the same way that DKR's were i.e, hacksaw! Think I'll have a hunt round the scrappers tbh.

I have loads here.
just take the hub off the other car, you don't need to undo the track rod end, the other shaft etc will go in with the original shaft there, its just he balljoint and hub to strut bolts you need to worry about.
