1998 1.6 ert sport lacking something?
hi guys.
i have a 1998 r reg. ert. (sport.!!) lol. my mate has just bought the same motor but its a 1999 t reg. everything is exactly the same except his remote locking works from 60ft away and in any direction.! whereas with mines you hav to be no more than 10ft away and even then you've got to point it EXACTLY at the receiver.! also when he opens/closes doors with remote, his hazards flash.! mines has NEVER flashed the hazards since the day i bought it 3yrs ago.!! just to confirm. iS MY CAR MISSING SOMETHING.!? thanx folks. |

i remember watching top gear, when jeremy showed a remote alarm operating from a distance that was out of range, so he put it the key/remote against his head and it worked at over twice the distance....... i do this alot, and it works!
