Bonnet release handle you mean, Right hand side of the car, under the dashboard on the side panel by you're feet,

Radio could be a fuse,

bonnet release lever is under the dash next to the drivers side door.

Main fuse box is under the dash on the passenger side, you need to undo the 2 little clip thingies to make it drop down.

Thats the factory fitted immobiliser, when red light goes blinky blinky the car is immobilised, when red light not go blinky blinky, the car is not immobilised.

that depends if you want your car to get stolen or not.

The immobiliser when activated (red light go blinky blinky) means that you should not be able to start the engine so Mr chav car thief when he breaks the ignition barrel and hotwires it, the car should not start.

That again would depend on if your central locking works or not.

All r19 16Vs came with central locking fitted as standard, so when you lock the car, all the doors and boot should lock too

But if you find the boot does not lock yet the doors do, then there is probably a broken wire inside the bootlid, the wiring loom in the bootlid is prone to breaking and then you will need to either fix the wiring or lock the boot with the key.
