electic window problems

The drivers electric window goes down in the normal renault fashion, by that i mean slowly. but when i press the button to go up all it does is make a clicking sound from behind the dash. Anybody had this problem before or know what i could do to solve it?
many thanks

First thing to check is the relays, the clicking noise behind the dash is prolly the relay for the window not doing its thing.

it'll be the glass jamming cos its trying to or maybe hass popped out of the runners, the cabby regs are gay and crap, it'll move easily probably if you hold the glass.

theres 2 10mm adjustment bolts on them, may work for 6 months before it needs set again

stress

omg, the off side cabbie front window is a pain in the arse.
when i removed the door card, the 4bolts holding the window onto the middle guide where loose and the 2bolts holding the right hand guide where also loose.
i spent 3hours trying 2 tighten them up in different orders and positions but i stil cant get the window to go up on its own.
can any 1 help further?

when i had the window off the guide the mech went up and down fine with no probs, even when i added resistance it still worked, the right hand runner is still in working order and is not out of shape, the seals on the left hand side where ok and in position.

there are 3 guides arent there? 1 close to the hinge(rubber in good condition)
the center 1 (looks normal) the right hand side guide is curved, just like the window but has no kinks.

the battery is new, had it tested by 2 halfords stores, both say "working at 107% and has 400cold crank amps"
