hit 1 side with a screwdriver, it will pivot round, pull it out.

clean up the hole.

if you want add some sealant to the new plug then tap it in with a loose fitting socket inside it.

Question

Sorry me again . Im totally new to doing work on engines would anyone be able to tell me the correct size of the core plug i need to get. Its on a F7 engine and the plug is located at the front of the block about ½” to the right of the oil filter, is it deffo replaceable?? . Also as this is rotten would i be better off changing all of them, or would it be a case of flushing the system then putting coolent back in? Thanks again

go to renautl and tell them which one it is. ask them to show you the dialogies screen so you can point it out.

its a core plug of course its replacable.

just replace the busted one, the others may be close behind or perfect, to check you need to kill them anyway
