ahh right I see, ok well it's sat a bit below 3 at normal temp and goes up slightly when i rev it.

It's just acting strangely though, It stays at 2.5-3k when I start it unless I blip the throttle a bit (it lowers it's self each time i blip).

Then i bliped it at one point and it stayed on 3k and I had to turn it off then on again?

Do you think it's worth giving this TB a good scrub? If i take it off will i need a new gasket or anything?

Also the ISCV, do i need to loosen that bolt that's arrowed on the pic or is it just held with the pipes? Look how close the front panel is to it where it's been pushed back, that's going to be a pain in the arse to remove

Get some carb cleaner in both sides of that TB and give it a proper clean out. The ICV doesnt look very healthy either, caked in crap. Spray some carb cleaner in there or like I do get some kitchen roll, wrap it round ure little finger and carb cleaner in the ICV and on the roll.

In the last pic does that hose look like it's connected right to you?

Also i'm not sure what the air inlet temp sender is ha ha so you might have to point that one out on a pic.

What should I do about the crap in the mainfold it's self? And do I need a new gasket for the TB when i put it back?

thanks.
