components from the 19 16v are used in the front suspension of the williams clio, which is part of the reason the williams clio handling is better than the clio 16v

the megane coupe is basically a reshelled 19 16v. The megane is heavier and doesn't handle as well however.

the famous 2.0 16v williams clio engine and the 2.0 16v megane coupe engine are basically the same as the 1.8 16v found in the 19 16v and clio 16v, but stroked using the crank from the 1.9 diesel.

The Renault 19 was the first car in its class to achieve a 4 star Euro NCAP rating (not 100% certain on this, but i think it was)

At 426.7cm the Renault 19 Chamade is 15.3cm longer then the Hatchback

The PH1 Came in TS, GTS, Prima, GTS-X, TSE, TR, TXE, GTD, Le Sport and 16v Trim Levels

The PH2 Came In, Prima, RL, RN, RT, RTi, RSi, Oasia, Be Bop, Biarritz, Bergerac, Azur, 16v and 16v Executive Trim Levels

Phase 2 Chamades wern't officially called Chamades

19 16v Hatchback 3dr: List Price When Sold: £14,843

The little 'nipple' under the passenger side wing mirror is the external temp sensor.

The display measures in F, despite the french coverting the fuel from litres to gallons for the UK market.

The Renault 19 16v Cabby came in Burgendy, but other 16v's didnt

The most common colour for a 19 16v is 449 'Sports Blue'

The PH2 19 16v 'Chamade' didn't have a visable exhaust

I can't sleep so I'm up reading this retro-renault.

Yes I know, but they have every number from 3 to 21 except the number 13.

But tbh, who would buy a Reanult 13? You're just asking for trouble Laughing
