today been removing the interior seats, and then hoping to remove the carpet and give it a thoroughly good clean!!! however................ the drivers seat has quite long bolts, too long for a standard socket, which has given me the hump!!

so tomorrow, im borrowing a deep 13mm socket and then fingers crossed, i shall be on a roll!! hope the carpet isnt too much of a bitch to get out! Laughing Laughing

well, a very satisfying day today!! managed to borrow a deep socket and after getting my daily dose of sunburn, managed to remove the front seats and popped in the leather front seats only, as i remived the boot carpet which, as you know, goes under the rear seats, and as it was filthy, decided it has to be cleaned. however, it is a lot worse than i thought, so i might invest in a replacement from renault, unless anyone has a really clean one?

anyhow some more pics are about to be uploaded to the website i have been using, so give it about 30 mins, and the new website is almost ready to go live......

quick question for chris, in another topic, i thought you said the executive models only had dials and not digi fuel gauge? this one seems to have the digi gauge....

I think it was an option on the exec, with the needle gauge as standard

blimey, just checking the thread, and its been almost a month since updating this!!! Shocked Shocked

anyhow, i'm not a great heat lover, so during this hot time i decided nt to do anything to XIX as i would soon lose my rag with something and break it, which has been known before, so im taking the time to work long hours to save to pay the nice taxman! Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

when the weather cools, i will be doing things, especially hiring an engine hoist....

ok, very chuffed today! got a magnex stainless exhaust system fitted today, including the de-cat box, to replace the exhaust i had on. the one i had on originally was a stinless de-cat box, make unknown, mild steel middle section, and a Remus stainless back box, so these will be going on ebay very shortly, unless anyone wants the whole lot? make me an offer, lol. otherwise, anyone have an idea on how much to ask for them? cheers
